Smoky Maple Chili Pecans

These smoky, sweet, and slightly spicy maple pecans are an irresistible snack that’s as simple to make as it is delicious. Perfect for holiday gatherings, charcuterie boards, or gifting, they strike the ideal balance of crunch, warmth, and flavor. Just a few pantry staples transform ordinary pecans into a crave-worthy treat you’ll want to keep on hand all season long.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  •  ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Toss pecans with maple syrup and olive oil.
  3. Add smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until coated.
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Let cool, and store in an airtight container.
