Serves: 6 people

Ready in: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup milk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups chopped peaches (approximately 4 peaches)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 dish, in the oven.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla together, and pour over melted butter. Do not stir.
  4. Spoon peaches over mixture. Do not stir.
  5. Cook at 350°F until brown and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
  6. For perfection in a bowl, serve Jeni's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top.

Tip: Some of our peachy pals like to take half of the sugar, and stir it in with the peaches ahead of time. For us, as long as there's a cobbler in front of us, you'll hear no complaints!
