Serves: 6 people
Ready in: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup milk (or milk substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups chopped peaches (approximately 4 peaches)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 dish, in the oven.
- Mix flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla together, and pour over melted butter. Do not stir.
- Spoon peaches over mixture. Do not stir.
- Cook at 350°F until brown and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
- For perfection in a bowl, serve Jeni's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top.
Tip: Some of our peachy pals like to take half of the sugar, and stir it in with the peaches ahead of time. For us, as long as there's a cobbler in front of us, you'll hear no complaints!
