Peach Grilled Cheese with Bacon

Whoever thought grilled cheese sandwiches were just for kids obviously never had this one! Layered with strips of crispy bacon, rich Havarti cheese and sweet, fresh peaches, this grilled cheese is created especially for the adults!
Serves: 4
Ready in: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of your favorite bread
- 8 slices of havarti cheese
- 8-12 crisp slices of bacon
- 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced

Mayonnaise (or room temperature butter)
Instructions:
- With your sandwich open-faced, put one slice of cheese on the “inside” of each slice of bread. Between the cheese, add 2-3 strips of bacon, and a few sliced peaches. Close sandwich.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or butter on the outside of each sandwich. Grease the griddle lightly, and cook the sandwich over medium heat until each side is golden brown.
- Repeat this process three more times. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
Tip: For an extra-crunchy crust on the sandwiches, we like to use Duke’s Mayonnaise instead of butter!
