Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Candied Pecans
Ingredients:
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over pecans and stir
until evenly covered. - Spread evenly on the sheet. Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Tip: Add a pinch of cayenne if you like a little heat with your sweet!
